I use Manga Studio on my Surface Pro for my background at and concept stuff. Really love it and find it a very useful tool. Its currently on offer so thought I'd spread the word. For samples of what can be achieved check out the Manga Studio Deviant Art group. There is alos a Surface Pro group which is worth a look as well.
