Thought I'd post up the concept and initial vector work. Let me know if you have any comments at this point. The completed model will as always be available for download when completed.
I realize I still haven't uploaded the Orc Boss or Mouth as yet but have been bogged down with learning a load of new code and programs (fun times). Hopefully these will be up soon for you to use and critique.

Skaven Clan Rat - Further Smart Bone Rigging
This is just a quick update on the model.
I've improved the tail although I'm sure it could be a lot better any advice let me know. The main work has been done on the cowl and front shoulder when his arms move.

Concepts for Fantasy Races
Hi all,
Been a little while since the last post so thought I'd put up some of the concept sketches for the Orc Fantasy Story I've been working on. Main character Orc (top left, face TBC) is named Moug-Thai dishonoured at birth as his Father was captured as a human slave and Defanged (had his bottom teeth pulled out).
Although the story will be set in a Steam punk style world the additional races will be more fantasy inspired. I particularly like the idea of the Gazelle race as this could be incorporated into a Victoria Safri style story line along with a Lion man race (much like the Khajiit in Elder Scrolls but savannah/plains based). Bottom right is a fat giant/ogre race that will be enlisted into the Orc Army on their campaign of freedom, blood and revenge.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts. You may see some of these styles as Anime Studio Characters in the future.
